Throughout the training I've managed to sustain blisters through pounding out the kms so covering the entire balls of my feet. I've even created blisters on top of blisters...which I didn't think possible. Now I've created one on top of my toe after some heavy hill climbing and descending. At least it gives me the opportunity to practise with this kit.


and no, I'm not posting photos of my disgusting feet...!
